NDLEA officers raided a Tramadol warehouse and recovered N8.8billion worth of tramadol. The warehouse allegedly belongs to Chief Chukwukadibia Nsofor Ugochukwu, a 52-year-old business mogul.
It was reported that the warehouse was discovered inside a mansion, at Plot A45 Road 2, VGC, Lekki, Lagos State.
The NDLEA operatives stormed the mansion on Friday, 30th of September and discovered 443 cartons of Tramadol Hydrochloride 225mg, which contained 13,451,466 pills.
Some of the cartons of drugs are said to have been burnt in a fire incident that same day inside the house ,and some properties such as exotic cars.
